AI prototyping & MVP development, Hong Kong.

Dittology builds working AI prototypes and MVPs for Hong Kong teams: real products people can click, not decks. Design and engineering run as one team, so a scoped idea becomes a testable product in weeks.

What we prototype.

01 / ls ./builds
/01AI product MVPsA first version real users can try: auth, data, AI core, deployed.
/02Internal AI toolsCopilots and automations wired into the systems your team already uses.
/03Proof-of-concept buildsEnough working product to test a bet with users, a board, or investors.
/04AI features in existing productsA working feature inside your current stack, not a rewrite.

How a sprint runs.

02 / cat ./process
/01ScopeOne call plus a short brief. We cut the idea to the smallest version that proves it.
/02BuildWeekly demos of the real thing, not a spec. You steer while it takes shape.
/03HandoffYou own the code and the deploy. Keep building with us or take it in-house.

Questions, answered.

04 / cat ./faq
/01

How long does an AI prototype take?

Most scopes land between two and six weeks. The point of a prototype is a fast answer; if an idea cannot be scoped to weeks, we say so on the first call.

/02

What does an AI prototype cost in Hong Kong?

Fixed quote after a short scoping call, sized to the scope rather than a day rate. Tell us the budget ceiling and we scope the strongest prototype that fits inside it.

/03

Who does the work?

The founders, directly. Design and engineering run under one roof, and you talk to the people building, with no account layer in between.

/04

What happens after the prototype?

The prototype is real code you own, not a throwaway. Most clients continue with us into production; some hand it to their own team. Both are fine.

/05

Do you only work with Hong Kong companies?

The studio is in Wong Chuk Hang and most clients are in Hong Kong, but remote projects run exactly the same way.
